Pizza Hut — Sioux Center, IA

Pizza Hut had been operating in Sioux Center for 31 years when the Sioux Center News reported in July 2020 on an interior remodel of the South Main restaurant. Beginning in mid-April 2020, while the dining room was closed to customers during the coronavirus pandemic, the restaurant received new booths, tables, chairs, flooring, light fixtures, TVs, paint and front doors, and new roof and parking lot lights were installed outside. Its previous remodel had come about nine years earlier. Staff singled out a feature dating to the building's construction: a short child-sized door beside the main entrance, which the manager said only the Sioux Center and Orange City Pizza Huts in the region had offered. Sioux Center is home to Dordt University, and the restaurant is on the May 2026 Pizza Hut Classic list.
